Kindergarten and 1st grade took their turn at the fire station today! We learned about fire safety, all of the gear and tools the firefighters use, and all of the cool trucks! Thank you Osceola Fire for a great day, but also for serving and protecting us every day! 🔥❤️

The middle school students who met their three goals for the quarter got to go to Concordia University last Friday. They met author, Wendelin Van Draanen, a quirky lady who told stories of her life and the process she went through to turn those stories into children’s books. They also toured different areas of campus such as Bartels Rock and Mineral Museum, the Marxhausen Gallery of Art, Friedrich Arena, and Bulldog Stadium. They got to finish the day with a pitstop at the local Diary Queen to get a sweet treat.
A couple weeks ago a few FFA members helped Frontier Coop hand out food to the local farmers.
