- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications.
- Assist with food preparation and meal service in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to support daily operations.
- Prep Salad Bar.
- Pre-make to go salads.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability to work on short notice; must be able to cover shifts as needed.

The Dawg Pound is the place to be Thursday night!
First, we are excited to recognize our youth basketball players who have been participating in the SRC/Osceola League! They have been working hard and improving their basketball skills every Sunday, and we are so fortunate to have a successful league here in Polk County. All they have to do is where their jerseys and they get in free and will receive a free bag of popcorn!
Second, the World Strides is hosting some fun half time entertainment with the Chuck a Duck! You purchase a duck prior to halftime and show us your best throw- the closest to the eye of the Bulldog wins a prize! This will be for BOTH games!
