Reminder: The weight room will be open Monday-Thursday this week from 6:30-9:30 AM for max-out testing! The regular weight schedule will begin next Tuesday!
If you will be in 7th-12th grade next year, come get some extra running/biking in this summer! These runs are completely optional, and for all students (not just track athletes). After each run/bike, there will be popsicles provided. Check the flyer for information about the date/time/where to meet/what to bring. Come to one, or come to them all! Let's get better this summer!
